FAQ
When to book?
As soon as possible! sixacresphotography books 12-18 months in advance and dates go quickly, especially in the Spring + Fall months.
Payment Options
A Non-Refundable Booking deposit of 25% is due at Contract Signing. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your Wedding Date. Payment plans are available at 0% interest and we accept payments online or in person by cash, or any major credit card. Save 10% if paid in-full with cash!
Do you offer Discounts?
Yes! Save 10% when you pay your balance in-full at booking with cash. You can also save 10% off your total package if you are getting married at Enchanted Acres, The Legacy on Possum Run or Grange Hall in Ohio. These venues are dream locations of mine and I am offering this discount to the first couple to book me at each of these locations! Discounts CAN be combined!
Travel Fees?
Weddings within Ohio will NOT be charged a Travel Fee in 2025.
Full Galleries?
Yes! Be sure to check out the "PORTFOLIO" section of the website for REAL full galleries.
Do you have Backup Equipment?
Yes! I use TWO cameras at all times and have a third in reserve should one of my primary's fail. All cameras are equipped with dual card slots so your photos are stored twice on each camera for backup purposes.
Can I add a Second Photographer?
You sure can! This is an optional add-on to the Classic + Enduring Collections. Investment cost is $100 per hour in addition to your base package.
How many Images can we Expect?
No two weddings are the same! I guarantee 50-75 images per hour.
Can we add Coverage Hours?
YES! Rate is $300 per hour. You can add on up to one week out from your wedding date as well.
What is the Turnaround Time?
General turnaround is 3 weeks for Wedding Galleries. During busy season (Fall), however, this turnaround time does increase to 4-6 weeks. Sneak peeks are sent out in 24-48 hours. Want your photos back sooner?--ask about adding RUSH processing to your wedding package! Cost is $300 and guarantees delivery of your full gallery in 3 weeks, even during busy season!
Engagement Sessions?
The Complimentary Engagement included with your Wedding Package is our "Luxe" Collection. This session is 60-90 minutes long and allows for one location and up to two outfits. You will receive 20 digital images of your choice with the option to upgrade your gallery at delivery--typically within 2 weeks of our session date. Sneak peeks are sent within 24-48 hours.
Can we Swap and Engagement Session?
Absolutely! Choose between: One year anniversary photoshoot*, day-of Bridal Boudoir or one additional hour of coverage for your Wedding Day! YOU are responsible for booking this session with me within 12 months following your ceremony. Offer cannot be redeemed after one year, no exceptions. There is NO CASH VALUE to the Engagement Session so a discount will not be applied.
What is a Print Release?
This is included with every Wedding Package + Engagement Session. It allows you to download High-Resolution images that you can print wherever, whenever and however you wish! The Online Gallery does offer Professional Print Services, however, you are not required to use it.
